This beautiful work, commissioned by Ballard designs was inspired by the dunes and ever-changing Gulf of Mexico, Allison's paintings combine Venetian plaster, acrylics and glazes in a 13-step process to create her highly original seascapes. A sand colored Brazilian pine frame picks up the colors in the sea grass foreground for a perfect complement to the artwork.
