Description

Circa 1800-1820 American Neoclassical Sheraton Style gilded looking glass or mirror in the Tabernacle form. Eglomise upper glass panel with floral border and landscape with country cottage and two fishermen fishing in a stream between two gilded rope columns. Original silvered lower mirror panel and original gilding to pine mirror. Original wooden pine backboard and original four holes to the top and back mirror frame for hanging the mirror from a cord. Good condition. Measures 23.25 x 4 x 38 inches tall.
