The interior of the lid compartment opens to reveal brass gimbals with the original winding key present. The 4 inch silvered brass dial with Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds, and an upper power-reserve indicator, signed by the maker. The typical chronometer movement with maintaining power and a cut and compensated balance. Currently ticking. 18cms (7ins) high.
