In the foreground to the right a tea pot on a brazier. - A preliminary drawing for a group / series of fan prints of domestic scenes. A pentimento, -attached to the center woman's face - reveals - when lifted - a former version of the woman's face where she is looking right down to the entering servant, instead to the left as on the pentimento (see detail picture). Another, similar drawing from this series of fan prints is in the collection of a Geneva museum.
