Vintage Faux Pearl & Rhinestone Maltese Cross Brooch, 10kt G.F., 191940's-1950's. It is a 10kt GF base maltese cross that is appx. 3/4" tall and wide. There is a spaced halo of faux pearls that are appx. 3mm wide and then one slightly smaller set at top center with a halo of 2.5mm clear rhinestones between the two sections of faux pearls. Locking clasp. It tests as 10kt G.F. with an appx. weight of. 4.31 gr. It has a patent no. 2383012 which dates to the 1940's. Very good condition. The clasp is a little stiff but works - it was lubricated. Great old pin. It is not signed by the maker. (W81115.3 SS14367 J LD 8/14/24).
