Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Photos show the cosmetic description of each lot. BEFORE bidding on that item, please view them all. We do not and cannot guarantee or warrant the authenticity of any item. For each item we bring to auction, it is bidder responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other factor; we make no representations to any aforementioned criteria, and all titles and descriptions are statements of opinion. In no event shall we be responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are NOT authenticators of any item represented.

PAYMENT: Please ensure the cc account number and expiration date are accurate, and your credit card can bear the weight of your purchases. Convenience fee of 3.75% applies to CC/PayPal/Venmo payments, as detailed on your invoice. Rates may increase due to Proxibid cc fees. To ensure speedy delivery, please pay for your invoice through the PAY NOW button on your email, or in your bidder account. When paying with a Bank Wire Transfer, the winner must add a $15 service fee in the amount sent. ANY INVOICE EXCEEDING $4000 MUST BE PAID WITH A BANK WIRE TRANSFER OR CASH AT PICKUP.

NON-PAYING BIDDERS: It is the responsibility of bidders to follow the few rules. At 48 hrs post-sale, Auctioneer reserves the right to process an outstanding charge to the card on file. At 48 hrs post-sale, NPBs will be reported as such. Bidding privileges are suspended. No item will be released without payment in full.

SALES TAX: Proxibid collects your local/state sales tax. We do not add or remove tax. If you are tax-exempt, please ensure your certificate is on file in your account.

PICKUP / REMOVAL:
Saturday, February 21st, 11 AM - 12:30 PM ONLY (hours may change based on need and weather) Stroudsburg, PA 18360
Items will be abandoned to the auctioneer if not removed by close of removal period or shipped within 30 days of sale. No refund will be processed. Storage fee of $1 per lot per day will be assessed beginning February 22nd for items not shipped.
We always recommend pickup/removal in person to save on shipping fees.

Auctioneer will not be held responsible for any interruption in bidding service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted, or error-free service or use of the site. Bidder acknowledges this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. We encourage placing your high bid so you do not miss the final hammer!
