  • Description:Vintage .800 Silver Enameled Gott Schutze Dich Hinged Bangle Bracelet, 6.25", 1920's - 40's. WWI to WW II era - unknown for certain. Meaning is God Protects You. It tests as silver - .800 - .925. Weight is appx. 16.04 grams. The bracelet is appx. 9mm and enameled on the front with black background and the wording etched in with silver letterings - the back is all black enameling. Box clasp slides into the other side of the bracelet with a decorative etched end cap. This is signed MM2 on the inside of the band - which is silver with oxidation. Very good vintage condition. The silver will polish easily if you don't want the vintage look. The opening of the bracelet when in the closed position is 2.25" by 1-7/8" front-to-back. This is meant for a slim wrist. I've seen these and ones like it in blue as well ranging up to $700.00 - many sold at that price. (W81225. 4X4 SS16631 J LD 9/9/25).
