About the artist: Born on July 26, 1963, in the city of Lugansk. Graduated from the Kiev Art Institute (1989). Teachers in the specialty: M. Storozhenko, V. Chekanyuk. Painter. The artist's work is characterized by the search for freedom, transvisuality, meta-archetypal symbols, technical and plastic innovation, evolution from figurative postmodernism to abstract painting. His projects - contain a synthesis of the concepts of modern philosophy, theology, physics and eastern esoteric and religious ideas about the relationship of the cosmic and earthly, modernity with the past and future. In complex, discursive, intellectual - philosophical projects, he created bright, powerful life-affirming impulses; experimented with techniques of painting, graphics, photography. He was engaged in creative work. Founder of the Paris Commune art group (Kiev, 1990s). Head of the Department of Curatorial Exhibition Activities of the Institute of Contemporary Art Problems (Kiev; 2008). Initiator and curator of the projects "Art of Ukraine of the 20th century", "Will to the Immortal. Experience of comprehension of the metaphysical ”, etc. Participated in exhibitions: republican (since 1990). Personal exhibitions - in Kiev (1999, 2005, 2009-2011). Major works: the project - "New Romanticism" (late 1980s), "Solar Hedonism. India, Goa "(2009)," Transtemporal glosses to the history of civilization "(2011)," Solar hedonism. Polemics with Malevich "(2013). Lived and worked in the city of Kiev.
