Title: Oil painting Over the river Oksana Ivanyuk Description: NoAAA5592 The Oil painting Canvas titled "Over the river" presents a vivid and atmospheric vision of nature, where the viewer is transported into a tranquil yet richly colored riverside scene. With bold impasto strokes and a palette filled with gold, green, deep blues, and fiery reds, the painting captures the lively contrasts between water, trees, and sky. The composition radiates a sense of serenity while also expressing the energy of the natural world, rendered through expressive textures and intense hues. The painting centers on a figure standing near the edge of the river, partially hidden among tall trees with their foliage ablaze in tones of gold, orange, green, and deep violet. The person, dressed in a white garment with hints of red, becomes a focal point of human presence in the vastness of nature. Their small form emphasizes the scale and richness of the natural environment, suggesting a moment of quiet contemplation or perhaps simple everyday life unfolding by the riverside. The trees themselves dominate the canvas with their thick trunks and dense, textured crowns. Each brushstroke breathes vitality into the foliage-yellows and oranges capture the warmth of sunlight, while darker greens and purples provide contrast and depth. The central white birches, standing tall and luminous, add rhythm and vertical structure, guiding the eye upward toward the bright blue sky. Their placement creates balance, allowing the eye to wander naturally between the vibrant forest, the figure, and the reflection on the water below. The river at the bottom of the canvas plays a critical role in the composition. Painted with rich browns, blues, and soft reflections of the surrounding colors, the water acts like a mirror, grounding the composition and adding harmony. The reflection of the figure, though blurred and abstracted, intensifies the sense of connection between the human presence and the landscape, symbolizing unity with the natural surroundings. The water's surface is calm, smooth, and serene, offering a counterpoint to the energetic brushstrokes that depict the trees and sky.*** ABOUT THIS PAINTING **** TITLE: "Over the river"* ARTISTS: Oksana Ivanyuk* SIZE: 15x20 cm/5.90x7.87 inches'* MEDIUM: oil, canvas* HAND PAINTED: Original painting from our collection* CONDITION: we tried to convey the maximum information with the help of photos about this product About the artist: Ivanyuk Oksana was born in 1964 in Rivne region.
