Vintage Open Heart Brooch, Cut-Out Design, 1970's-1980's, C-Clasp. It is silver tone with some areas of a pink hue at the top of the heart and in a leaf and some of the cut-out accent. It has a heart-shaped opening in the center as well - a heart within a heart. It is appx. 1.75" tall and 1.5" wide. It is slightly rounded. It is not signed or marked. Newer style C-clasp.
