Vintage Sterling Dark Green Stone Ring, Sz. 6. This has an interesting design with three branch like prongs that comes up and holds the stone on each side. The stone is oval and appx. 12mm by 10mm. It is a dark green with veining throughout which can be seen when held to a light. It is very reflecting on the surface of the top of the stone. Not sure what the stone is. It has the look of jasper - but not certain. The band is appx. 4mm at top shoulders and tapers to 2.5mm at the back of the finger. It is not marked or signed. It has been tested and tests as sterling with a weight of appx. 4.47 gr. Age is estimated at 1960's-1970's. (W13021.1X1 SS8383 J LD 9/8/22).
