Vintage Blue & Clear Rhinestone Swag Brooch, 2.5" by 1.25". It has four pointed blue rhienstone bands across the brooch with a center graduated clear stone band around the center. Silver tone. Age is appx. 1960's-1970's. It is signed Weiss; however, I believe t hat is not an authentic mark as it it stamped into the silver tone frame and not a cartouche set on the brooch. The brooch is made in two pieces and then joined - the one side has some movement. It is stable, just moves a bit. Some light surface wear on the silver tone which looks as if it had been touched up but not really noticeable unless you are holding it and really looking. I didn't notice when photographing but only notice while looking to do the listing. Otherwise very good condition. (W8847 J AZ LEB* LD 11/13/22).
