800 Silver Painted Maiden Brooch/Pendant, Coral Glass Beaded Filigree Frame. Age is estimated at appx. 1940's. Likely Italian. Locking clasp. It is marked .800 on that back. It has the bail that drops down when not being worn as a necklace. It is oval and appx. 1.75" by 1.5". Painted on paper a girl with flowing blond hair in a velvet style dress with a headband around her head. Green dress with gold trim and a green background. Bezel-set with scrolled filigree frame. Very good condition other than oxidation that can be poished away but looks great in the vintage state it is in. Closed back. Not signed by the maker. (W101522.1X1 SS8833 J LD 11/9/22).
