Kiev artist Novikovsky Vladimir Ogeevich Born on November 21, 1931 in Zhytomyr. He graduated from the Kiev Art Institute (1958), the creative workshops of the USSR Academy of Arts in Kiev (1965). Specialty teachers are M. Sharonov, O. Pashchenko, S. Yerzhikovsky, M. Deregus, L. Chichkan, I. Pleschinsky, O. Danchenko, I. Selivanov, M. Ivanov. He worked in the industry of easel and book graphics. The main works: a series of lithographs "Metallurgists of the Dnieper" (1957 - 1958); “On the seven-year Ukrainian new buildings” (1959 - I960); “Based on T. G. Shevchenko” (1960); “On the work of people” (1961 - 1962); a series of etchings “Workers of Chornomorye” (1963 - 1965) and others. He participated in exhibitions: republican since 1957, all-union since 1958, foreign since 1959. He was awarded a medal.
