Title: Oil painting Summer day in the village Oksana Ivanyuk Description: No.AAA5630The Oil painting Canvas titled “Summer day in the village” evokes a sense of timeless warmth and harmony, capturing the essence of rural life through a symphony of colors and textures. This work immerses the viewer in the tranquility of a countryside scene, where daily life unfolds in rhythm with nature’s generous cycle. Through expressive brushstrokes and bold use of pigments, the artist conveys both the vivid energy of summer and the intimacy of village existence. At the heart of the composition lies a cluster of small houses with whitewashed walls, topped with roofs painted in earthy browns and warm shades. The simplicity of the homes, partially hidden behind lush greenery, highlights their quiet integration into the natural environment. They appear not as dominating structures, but rather as an organic part of the village landscape, softened by time and by the trees that surround them. This portrayal of humble dwellings suggests both continuity and belonging, reminding the viewer of generations that have lived in harmony with the land. The foreground is dominated by lively and energetic strokes of green, yellow, and orange, capturing the fertile richness of the earth during summer. A haystack stands prominently, its triangular form painted with rich ochres, creams, and violet shadows, embodying the harvest season and symbolizing the labor and reward of rural life. Its presence reflects not only agricultural work but also the timeless rituals of preparing for the seasons to come. The haystack anchors the composition, becoming both a focal point and a symbol of the balance between nature’s gifts and human effort. Adding vibrancy to the scene are the glowing orange and red hues of bee hives or storage sheds, which provide a delightful contrast against the cooler greens and blues. Their bold colors create rhythm within the painting, adding warmth and life that reflects the industrious character of the countryside. These elements, small yet vivid, remind us of the constant, often unnoticed work that sustains village life.*** ABOUT THIS PAINTING **** TITLE: "Summer day in the village"* ARTIST: Oksana Ivanyuk* SIZE: 15x20 cm/5.90x7.87 inches'* MEDIUM: oil, canvas* HAND PAINTED: Original painting from our collection* CONDITION: we tried to convey the maximum information with the help of photos about this product About the artist: Ivanyuk Oksana was born in 1964 in Rivne region.
