Title: Oil painting Silence in a village house Oksana Ivanyuk Description: No.AAA5788The Oil painting Canvas titled "Silence in a village house" captures the warmth, simplicity, and authenticity of rural life through rich textures, expressive brushstrokes, and a vibrant palette. The artist skillfully depicts a rustic village homestead, exuding an atmosphere of comfort and tradition, while reflecting the intimate connection between people and the land they inhabit. Every detail of the painting breathes with the charm of countryside living, where the pace of life is guided not by clocks but by the rhythm of nature. The centerpiece of the painting is the country house itself, rendered in earthy ochres, warm yellows, and muted browns, with accents of green and blue highlighting the windows and rooflines. Its simple architecture, modest in scale and devoid of grandeur, represents the humility and strength of rural existence. The sloping roof, with its visible texture created through thick impasto strokes, suggests the resilience of these dwellings against changing weather, while the strong walls carry the warmth of many generations. The house seems to stand as both a literal and symbolic shelter, a place where family traditions are preserved, and where everyday life unfolds with dignity. In front of the house lies a small courtyard, alive with details that further ground the painting in reality. Scattered across the green grass and earthen ground are chickens painted in strokes of red, orange, and white, their movements captured with swift dabs of the brush. These creatures, humble yet essential, embody the self-sufficiency of village life, where food and labor intertwine naturally. The haystack, standing to the left of the composition, glows with vibrant oranges and yellows, symbolizing both harvest and abundance. Its rough texture, built with thick applications of paint, gives the viewer a tactile sense of straw bundled together by hand—a reminder of the labor invested in preparing for the seasons ahead.*** ABOUT THIS PAINTING **** TITLE: "Silence in a village house"* ARTIST: Oksana Ivanyuk* SIZE: 15x20 cm/5.90x7.87 inches'* MEDIUM: oil, canvas* HAND PAINTED: Original painting from our collection* CONDITION: we tried to convey the maximum information with the help of photos about this product About the artist: Ivanyuk Oksana was born in 1964 in Rivne region.
