Title: Oil painting Summer days in the village Oksana Ivanyuk Description: No.AAA5792The Oil painting Canvas titled "Summer days in the village" captures the timeless charm and warmth of rural life during the height of the summer season. The artist brings to life a vivid portrayal of a small, cozy village where everyday simplicity becomes a source of beauty and nostalgia. With bold strokes of color, the painting evokes the quiet rhythm of countryside existence, where the connection between nature and human dwellings feels harmonious and enduring. At the center of the composition are two village houses, their thatched and sloping roofs painted in warm shades of beige, ochre, and brown. These humble structures reflect both age and resilience, standing firmly against the lush greenery that surrounds them. The artist skillfully places them in the foreground, making them the focal point of the painting while simultaneously framing them within the abundance of summer foliage. Their whitewashed walls carry hints of violet and shadow, suggesting the play of sunlight and shade across their surfaces. A small wooden fence stretches across part of the scene, enclosing the houses and reinforcing the sense of intimacy and belonging. Behind the houses, towering trees rise majestically, their crowns exploding with thick, textured strokes of green, ochre, and deep forest hues. These trees form a protective canopy, as if shielding the homes from the intensity of the sun. The use of impasto here emphasizes the vitality of summer vegetation, giving the trees a tangible, almost sculptural presence. Above them, the sky opens in a rich palette of blues, from deep cobalt to lighter azure, accented with strokes of pink and lavender clouds that hint at a calm, languid summer afternoon. The lower portion of the canvas glows with the warmth of a blooming village garden. Splashes of orange, red, and golden yellow paint suggest an array of flowers, their colors standing out vividly against the deep greens of the grass. These blossoms not only enhance the composition with bursts of brightness but also symbolize the abundance of summer, when life thrives in every corner of the village. The garden leads the viewer’s eyes toward the houses and creates a lively foreground that balances the stillness of the homes themselves.*** ABOUT THIS PAINTING **** TITLE: "Summer days in the village"* ARTIST: Oksana Ivanyuk* SIZE: 15x20 cm/5.90x7.87 inches'* MEDIUM: oil, canvas* HAND PAINTED: Original painting from our collection* CONDITION: we tried to convey the maximum information with the help of photos about this product About the artist: Ivanyuk Oksana was born in 1964 in Rivne region.
