Title: Oil painting Quiet village life Oksana Ivanyuk Description: No.AAA5796The Oil painting Canvas titled "Quiet village life" presents a deeply atmospheric and richly textured scene that encapsulates the timeless rhythm of rural existence. With expressive brushstrokes and a vibrant yet harmonious palette, the artist creates a landscape that is both familiar and imbued with poetic calm, offering a window into the gentle simplicity of village living. The composition blends architecture, nature, and daily life into one cohesive vision where tranquility reigns, and the pace of time seems to slow down. In the foreground, a lush field unfolds, painted with vigorous strokes of greens, yellows, and blues, capturing the texture and vibrancy of the earth. A single grazing goat, rendered with swift but deliberate strokes of brown and white, becomes the focal figure of daily sustenance and modesty. Its presence emphasizes the intimate bond between people, animals, and land in a rural environment. The ground itself is alive with energy, as the painter’s impasto technique builds a tactile surface where shades intermingle and light appears to shimmer across the field. The central feature of the composition is a rustic house, its thatched roof slanting wide and strong, painted with a mixture of earthy ochres, warm oranges, and subtle purple shadows. The walls are accented with dashes of white and brown, conveying the weathered charm of traditional village architecture. Windows, dark yet framed with delicate highlights, suggest a space of shelter, warmth, and quiet family life within. To the right, hints of laundry hung out to dry add a lived-in detail, suggesting the rhythm of daily chores carried out against the backdrop of nature. To the left of the main dwelling, smaller structures, perhaps barns or storage sheds, extend the sense of a functioning homestead. Painted in subdued whites and greys, they stand in quiet contrast to the more dominant tones of the main house. Above these rooftops, the landscape rises into a dense thicket of trees, their foliage expressed in bold, swirling greens and interspersed with hints of crimson, violet, and deep blue. The forest backdrop provides both enclosure and protection, framing the houses with a sense of intimacy and grounding the scene in the natural cycle of life.*** ABOUT THIS PAINTING **** TITLE: "Quiet village life"* ARTIST: Oksana Ivanyuk* SIZE: 15x20 cm/5.90x7.87 inches'* MEDIUM: oil, canvas* HAND PAINTED: Original painting from our collection* CONDITION: we tried to convey the maximum information with the help of photos about this product About the artist: Ivanyuk Oksana was born in 1964 in Rivne region.
