Title: Oil painting Flowers of the sun Oksana Ivanyuk Description: No.AAA5821The Oil painting Canvas titled "Flowers of the sun" radiates warmth, vitality, and the timeless energy of summer, capturing the vibrant presence of blooming sunflowers beside a rustic countryside home. With bold, expressive brushstrokes and a palette that celebrates the intensity of nature, the work is not merely a depiction of flowers but a living symphony of light, color, and atmosphere that transports the viewer into a scene filled with life and brilliance. The sunflowers, rendered with thick layers of golden yellows, fiery oranges, and deep crimson tones, immediately draw the eye, dominating the composition with their majestic forms and dynamic energy. These sunflowers are not passive subjects—they burst forward with dramatic motion, their petals twisting and curling in a lively dance as if reaching toward the sun that nourishes them. The impasto technique, with its heavy layering of pigment, gives each bloom a tactile quality, so much so that they seem to emerge from the canvas. Among the rich yellows and oranges, touches of green and blue peek through, suggesting leaves and stems hidden within the dense floral cluster, while streaks of red provide dramatic contrast, imbuing the flowers with depth and vibrancy. Together, they create an overwhelming impression of abundance, resilience, and optimism. Behind the sunflowers stands a humble village house, partially obscured yet integral to the composition. Its brown thatched roof, painted in earthy tones with strokes of ochre, sienna, and hints of violet, provides a grounding element to the otherwise fiery scene. The walls, softened with muted shades of cream, pink, and light blue, give the impression of a dwelling weathered by time yet filled with warmth and tradition. The windows, barely visible through the thick swathes of paint, seem to reflect a quiet interior life, one that harmonizes with the outward beauty of nature. The presence of the house emphasizes the deep-rooted connection between human life and the land, suggesting that these radiant flowers are both a part of the natural world and a part of everyday rural existence.*** ABOUT THIS PAINTING **** TITLE: "Flowers of the sun"* ARTIST: Oksana Ivanyuk* SIZE: 15x20 cm/5.90x7.87 inches'* MEDIUM: oil, canvas* HAND PAINTED: Original painting from our collection* CONDITION: we tried to convey the maximum information with the help of photos about this product About the artist: Ivanyuk Oksana was born in 1964 in Rivne region.
