Title: Oil painting Summer day in the village Oksana Ivanyuk Description: No.AAA5826The Oil painting Canvas titled "Summer day in the village" beautifully captures the serene essence of rural life, suffused with warmth, harmony, and the timeless rhythm of a countryside afternoon. Executed with an expressive impasto technique, the painting immediately draws the viewer into its layered textures and bold strokes of color, each brushstroke pulsating with vitality and radiance. The golden undertones dominate the composition, immersing the scene in sunlight that spills generously across the earth, creating an atmosphere of tranquility and abundance. The foreground presents a sandy or sunlit path, rendered in warm tones of ochre, beige, and golden brown, interwoven with shades of blue and violet that suggest the cooling presence of shadows cast by the trees. These shadows create a dynamic interplay of light and dark, giving the impression of a gentle summer breeze passing through the landscape. A row of slender trees rises vertically across the composition, their trunks defined by quick, confident strokes of earthy browns and purples. Their crowns, alive with hues of green, yellow, and touches of blue, filter the sunlight in dappled patches, creating a canopy of shade beneath which the village life unfolds. Beyond the trees, nestled in the middle ground, lies the village with its iconic whitewashed houses topped with thatched or tiled roofs. The structures are modest yet exude a sense of permanence and belonging, standing as silent witnesses to generations of rural existence. One house, in particular, seems to command attention with its slightly more prominent placement, suggesting the heart of the village community. The architectural simplicity is contrasted with the vivid colors surrounding them—splashes of crimson, orange, and bright red punctuate the greenery, most likely depicting villagers’ clothing or flowerbeds bursting with seasonal blooms. The presence of villagers, though suggested only in small brushstrokes of red, orange, and blue, brings the composition to life. These human figures are rendered impressionistically, their details indistinct yet their gestures and colors vibrantly real. They appear to be going about their daily activities—resting, conversing, or perhaps preparing for work in the fields. Their placement within the dappled light and shade emphasizes the bond between human life and the natural environment, a coexistence that defines the spirit of rural summer days.*** ABOUT THIS PAINTING **** TITLE: "Summer day in the village"* ARTIST: Oksana Ivanyuk* SIZE: 15x20 cm/5.90x7.87 inches'* MEDIUM: oil, canvas* HAND PAINTED: Original painting from our collection* CONDITION: we tried to convey the maximum information with the help of photos about this product About the artist: Ivanyuk Oksana was born in 1964 in Rivne region.
