Title: Oil painting Outside the village Oksana Ivanyuk Description: No.AAA5830The Oil painting Canvas titled "Outside the village" is a vivid portrayal of rural life, infused with warmth, energy, and the timeless connection between people and their surroundings. Executed with bold impasto technique, the painting immerses the viewer into a lively countryside landscape, where brushstrokes are thick, expressive, and pulsating with color, giving the impression of movement and life in every corner of the canvas. At the forefront of the composition lies a rugged path, winding its way upward toward a cluster of small houses. The earth beneath this path is painted with shades of ochre, gold, and brown, interspersed with dabs of green and lilac, suggesting the mingling of soil, grasses, and wildflowers. The texture of the strokes creates the impression of uneven ground, a natural path well-worn by the steps of villagers. This detail instantly evokes a sense of realism, drawing the viewer into the scene as though one could almost walk along the path and feel the crunch of earth beneath their feet. Groups of villagers, dressed in bright, contrasting colors, are scattered along the path. Their garments—deep reds, whites, and blues—stand out vibrantly against the earthy and green tones of the background. The figures are painted with expressive, simplified forms rather than fine detail, yet their presence conveys a sense of community and movement. Some walk in pairs, others gather in small groups, their energy suggesting conversation, companionship, and the rhythms of everyday life. These figures bring human warmth into the painting, balancing the grandeur of nature with the intimacy of village existence. The middle ground is dominated by whitewashed cottages with red and orange rooftops, painted in lively strokes that seem to shimmer under the dramatic light of evening. These houses, nestled amidst rolling greenery, stand as symbols of comfort, shelter, and tradition. Their clustered arrangement conveys the close-knit character of rural communities, where life is shared and interconnected. Rising above them is the spire of a church with its golden dome catching the last rays of light. This element introduces a spiritual dimension, hinting at faith and continuity, while also serving as a focal point for the eye, guiding the viewer upward across the canvas.*** ABOUT THIS PAINTING **** TITLE: "Outside the village"* ARTIST: Oksana Ivanyuk* SIZE: 15x20 cm/5.90x7.87 inches'* MEDIUM: oil, canvas* HAND PAINTED: Original painting from our collection* CONDITION: we tried to convey the maximum information with the help of photos about this product About the artist: Ivanyuk Oksana was born in 1964 in Rivne region.
