Title: Oil painting Weekend in the village Oksana Ivanyuk Description: No.AAA5835The Oil painting Canvas titled "Weekend in the village" captures the tranquil charm and communal warmth of rural life, offering viewers a nostalgic glimpse into the peaceful simplicity of a countryside escape. Rendered with expressive brushstrokes and vibrant hues, the artwork conveys not just a visual scene but also the sensory experience of a weekend spent in harmony with nature and tradition. Every element, from the rustic architecture to the small group of villagers gathered under the trees, contributes to the story of rural weekends, where time seems to slow and daily routines are infused with calm and contentment. The central focus of the composition is a modest house with whitewashed walls and a vivid red roof, which stands out against the deep, saturated tones of the surrounding greenery and the rich blue sky. The structure embodies the resilience and enduring simplicity of rural dwellings—solid, welcoming, and tied closely to the rhythms of the land. Its slanted roof, tinged with shades of orange and ochre, reflects the warm glow of sunlight, while the cool whites and blues of its walls balance the composition, grounding it in serenity. Beside the house, tall trees stretch upwards, their foliage painted with thick, lively strokes of green, yellow, and dark accents. These trees serve as both guardians and symbols of continuity, their presence echoing the generational ties that anchor village life. Their broad canopies cast sheltering shadows, creating a comforting sense of intimacy within the scene. The energetic application of color here adds movement and texture, as though the leaves were rustling gently in the weekend breeze. In the foreground, scattered objects and plants enliven the domestic space: a few bright blue boxes, possibly beehives, and blossoming flowers add pops of color, enhancing the sense of abundance and livelihood. These details remind viewers of the self-sustaining essence of rural homes, where every corner of land is cultivated or utilized, reflecting both necessity and tradition.*** ABOUT THIS PAINTING **** TITLE: "Weekend in the village"* ARTIST: Oksana Ivanyuk* SIZE: 15x20 cm/5.90x7.87 inches'* MEDIUM: oil, canvas* HAND PAINTED: Original painting from our collection* CONDITION: we tried to convey the maximum information with the help of photos about this product About the artist: Ivanyuk Oksana was born in 1964 in Rivne region.
