About the artist: Ukrainian painter.
Oleg Viktorovich Baumeister was born on April 22, 1939 in the city of Cherkasy.
From 1959 to 1965 he studied at the Kiev Art Institute.
Since 1973 - participant of city, republican, all-Union and foreign art exhibitions.
Since 1978 Baumeister O.V. - Member of the Union of Artists of the Ukrainian SSR.
He worked in the field of easel painting. Author of thematic paintings, master of landscapes and still lifes.
Personal exhibitions were held in 1974 - in Kharkov, in 1975 - in Lvov, in 1977 - in Kiev, in 1978 - in Cherkassy.
The artist died on May 5, 1983.
The works of O.V. Baumeister are presented in museum, gallery and private collections in Ukraine and abroad.
