Description

Gilt bronze, size 8 3/4. Circular section band in 1 1/6 full coils, to 5.0mm width with nicely tapered ends. The coil or helix was a favorite form for Vikings and evidently held supernatural significance to them. Textured from burial. Sound wearable condition and professionally refurbished with the 24karat gold surface restored. Jewelry gift boxed with a certification of authenticity.
