About ¾” height. Post Viking, dating about 1200 AD. Form deriving directly from the earlier heart pendants with cusped swelled top. The lower portion blunted under a pair of transverse projections. Made by the open face mold technique. Silvered bronze, professionally refurbished with the silver surface restored. On a modern Sterling silver neck chain, gift boxed with certificate of authenticity.
