This unsigned (mumei) nihonto is judged as a work of the Jyumyo (??) school from the Edo era.
It comes with its NBTHK Kicho paper certificate and is fitted in an elaborate, high grade koshirae with excellent parts.
As a piece made hundreds of years ago, the sword is in overall good condition but has imperfections and blemishes due to aging.
The blade shows normal signs of wear, including visible scratches, scars, and a rust stain.
It also features an awesome hamon and a good hada texture.
