Franois Fiedler (1921-2001), born Fiedler Ferenc in Czechoslovakia, now Slovakia, was a French painter and printmaker known for his unique style in lyrical abstraction. He was associated with the Aime Maeght stable alongside Chagall, Giacometti, and Mir.

Derrire le Miroir was a French art and literary magazine published from 1946 to 1982, providing a forum for discussing and distributing original graphics. The lithographs in the magazine might have printing and text on the back.
