About the artists 1: Born on July 2, 1926 in the village of Grigorievka, Khmelnitsky region. Graduated from the Dnepropetrovsk Art School (1949) and the Kharkov Art Institute (1955). Teachers by profession - O. Kokel, P. Kotov, N. Kelert, O. Khmelnitsky, L. Chernov, E. Egorov, S. Dudnik. Painter. He worked in the field of easel painting. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (1967). Member of the CPSU. Member of the Second World War, in which he lost his right arm. He was awarded the Order of Glory of the 3rd degree, the Red Banner of Labor and medals. He worked as a teacher of special disciplines at the Dnepropetrovsk Art School (1955-96). He used the painting traditions of the Itinerants, in particular, in his diploma painting ?V. Korolenko in prison "(1955). Author of landscapes, graphic and monumental works. His works are devoted to military, industrial and household topics. Participated in exhibitions: republican (1961), all-Union (1955); personal - in Dnepropetrovsk (1986). Major works: ?V. G. Korolenko in prison "(1955)," DneproGES "(1956)," Courage "(1958)," Miners of Kryvyi Rih "(1958)," Spring "(1959)," In gratitude in science "(1961, co-author) , "In the Science of the Clerk" (1961), "Portrait of K.
