About the artist: The talented artist Dubinchuk worked in the city of Romny, Sumy region, from the end of the 1950s and during the 60s in the Association of Romny Cinemas.

He decorated the interior of the newly built cinema named after Leninsky Komsomol. For each film he drew huge billboards, reproductions of frames from feature films for their advertising, which were hung on the facades of cinemas.
In the Romensky House of Pioneers, he taught drawing lessons, which were attended by many children of the city.
