Shipping / Handling fees will be charged to buyer's credit card on file with Proxibid in separate transaction. Charges WILL BE processed to credit card on file UNLESS buyer provides alternative payment method within 24 hours following sale.

All items will be processed for shipment in the order that full payment and any required paperwork is received. Declined credit card payments will be sent to the back of the line.

*All Required Paperwork/FFL/4473 and shipping payment must be completed or received within 45 days! Winning bidder relinquishes all claims on any said items still in our possession after 45 days. There will be no refunds of any kind. Winning bidder's items will be sold at a later date and time of Thomas Hirchak Company choosing with no minimum reserve. There will be a 35% seller fee incurred.
*Shipping 3/5/26 & 3/11/26 (Delays if we do not receive FFL by 3/2/26) Shipping Usually runs $120-$220+ Per Gun THCo will process your firearm(s) for shipment once we have received -
1. Payment in full for all purchases AND shipping / handling charges.
2. Completed FFL transfer request form (available for download at THCAuction.com) 3. Copy of FFL from receiving dealer (email to FFL@thcauction.com by 5pm on 3/2/2026)
Firearms Shipping / Handling Charges -
*Insurance & Adult Signature REQUIRED on all firearms shipments. Insurance based on auction value of shipping contents.
*Buyer charged actual shipping charges from carrier (We primarily use UPS)
*Multiple items will be packaged together when possible.
Hand Guns -$15/ea. handling fee (labor & materials)
Long Guns - Up to 48" $30/ea. handling fee (labor & materials)
Long Guns - Over 48" $35ea. handling fee (labor & materials)
We adhere to all Firearm Shipping Rules and Regulations. WE SHIP UPS for all Rifles and USPS for all Hand Guns.
no Exceptions. We do not use FEDEX and we will not use your shipping Label.
