Short information:Born June 1, 1920 in the town of Belovodsk, Lugansk region. Graduated from the Crimean Art School named after N. S. Samokish. Teachers: S. Vladimirov, N. Shcheglov, M. Kroshitsky, V. Bernadsky, F. Zakharov. Worked in easel painting and graphics. Landscape painter, master of still life. One of the brightest representatives of the impressionist tradition in the Crimea. Member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine (1965). Honored Artist of Ukraine (1996). Participant of the Great Patriotic War. Since 1951 the artist lived and worked in Sevastopol. In 1951-1960 he taught at the secondary school No 30 and shipbuilding technical school in Sevastopol. Since 1952 Pavel Petrovich - a participant of city, regional, republican, all-Union and foreign exhibitions. From 1960 to 1972 he headed the Sevastopol city studio of artists. His works are in the Sevastopol Art Museum named after M. P. Kroshitsky. M. P. Kroshitsky and other museum and private collections in Ukraine, Russia, France, Germany, Japan, USA, Poland and Czech Republic. Five seascapes were acquired for the Museum of Russian Art in Japan. Died in 2006.
