Title:Vintage 14kt Cameo Brooch & Pendant, Locking C Clasp, 1800's-1920's

Description:Vintage 14kt Cameo Brooch & Pendant, Locking C Clasp, 1800's-1920's. The has a six sided design with a filigree base frame and at the points of the frame have a bird-like design (or a fleur-de-lis-ish design). The brooch/pendant is appx. 1.75" as a pendant tall (the bail folds down) and slightly over 1" wide. The pieces has an appx. weight of 6.58 grams. The bail does not test as 14kt. There is no way to isolate that out of the weight nor the bezel-set cameo It has the tan shell background with a domed carved woman with flowers in her hand - there is a line across the left shoulder area of the cameo - it isnot broken through but mentioned as it is there and you can see it on the photo. This cameo is bezel-set and the carved area is appx. 1.25" tall and 1" wide. It is not an evenly domed cameo but takes the shape of the piece it was carved from being an area w here it is higher on top and lower toward the bottom. Great vintage look and design. It is not signed by the maker but is marked 14kt on the locking c-clasp. Good vintage condition. (W1126.18X7 SS17250 J LD 1/25/26).
