About the artist: Valentina Alekseevna KozyarShe was born in 1962 in Khotyn, Chernivtsi Region. In 1984, she graduated from the art and graphic faculty of the DPI in Odessa, where she absorbed the traditions of South Ukrainian impressionism and the power of the Odessa school, the sophistication that is offered in the painstaking work of artists on images, reportage selection, and coloristic details and compositional solutions. She spent her creative life in Bukovyna, where the small Lviv school had a significant influence on the arts.
