Description

Gilt bronze, round, of round section, 2.5mm thick, 0.63" inside diameter, 0.77" outside. The use of beard rings by Viking warriors is well documented but surviving examples are rare. These larger ones were worn both in the beard and in the hair, around the ears. Professionally refurbished with the pure silver overlay restored. Gift boxed with certificate of authenticity.
