Title: Oil painting Ducks on the lake near the bridge Oksana Kalenyuk Description: №AAA3876 This oil painting cardboard, titled "Ducks on the lake near the bridge", The painting radiates a sense of peace and harmony, immersing the viewer in a moment of stillness where nature and human presence coexist in balance. In the foreground, lush green grass and reeds frame the reflective surface of the lake. The artist's bold brushwork gives the vegetation a lively texture, making it appear rich and abundant. The play of light and shadow across the greenery enhances the depth of the scene, leading the viewer’s eye toward the central focus of the composition. The water, depicted with a blend of blues, greens, and earthy browns, reflects the surroundings with a sense of gentle movement. The brushstrokes capture the rippling effect of the ducks swimming across the surface. The ducks, painted in bright whites with red accents, create a beautiful contrast against the darker tones of the lake. Their playful movement brings life to The painting, emphasizing the tranquil rhythm of nature. In the middle ground, a rustic wooden bridge extends across the water, acting as a natural divider between the lush foreground and the colorful autumnal trees in the background. The bridge, painted in soft beige and brown tones, appears slightly aged, suggesting a well-used crossing point. A figure in red stands on the bridge, gazing at the water, adding a human element to the scene and a sense of quiet contemplation. The background features a dense cluster of trees painted in warm autumn hues—rich oranges, deep reds, and golden browns. The artist’s thick brushstrokes give the foliage a textured, almost sculptural quality, reinforcing the impression of a crisp, colorful fall day. The dark, shadowed areas between the trees create depth, making the background recede naturally into the distance. The painting captures a fleeting moment of rural life, where nature flourishes, and time seems to slow. Through expressive brushwork and a masterful use of color, the artist invites the viewer to experience the simple beauty of a lakeside setting, where the presence of ducks, the reflection of water, and the warmth of autumn leaves come together in perfect harmony.
