ABOUT THE ARTIST: Nevecherya Georgy Avramovich - was born in 1905 in the village of Hupalivtsi, Dnipropetrovsk region. Ukrainian realist artist. He worked in the field of household genre and landscape. In 1935, he graduated from the Kharkiv Art Institute. From 1936 to 1952 he taught at the Dnipropetrovsk State Art School. In the first post-war years, he worked in the Art Museum of the city of Dnipro, reviving it from the ruins and adding to its collection. Since 1946 - a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. In 1955, a personal exhibition of the artist's works was held in Dnipropetrovsk. The artist died in 1968.
