ABOUT THE ARTIST: Matsegora Grigory Prokopovich – was born on the 8th of September, 1934 in Oleyniki village in Slobozhanshchina region. Ukrainian painter. He studied at Kharkiv State Art College. Mentors: Slipchenko M., Stakhanov Y. Since 1961 – a member of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Society of Artists. Since 1969 participated in regional, republican, all-Union, and foreign exhibitions. Since 1970 – Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine. Major works: "In the Valley", "Winter Morning", "Portrait of Tanya`s Daughter", "Grandfather Khariton", and "On the Stove".
