He studied at the Kyiv State Art Institute. Mentor -Trokhimenko K. Member of USSR Union of Artists. Since 1949 he participated in republican, all-Union, and foreign art exhibitions. Worked in the field of easel painting. Main works: "The Road to the Collective Farm" (1952), "Ukrainian Spring" (1958), "Morning on the Dnieper River" (1959), "Carpathians" (1970), "Roses" (1976), "Flowers and Fruit" (1978), "Winter" (1985) and others. Paintings are kept in the Chernigiv Regional Art Museum, and other museums, galleries, and private collections in Ukraine and abroad. Georgy Volodymirovich died in 1990.
