He studied at Odesa State Art School of Grekov M.B., Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts. Mentors: Tokarev-Aleksandrovich L., Khmelnitsky A. Worked in the field of easel painting and monumental art: genre painting, portrait, landscape, still-life, mosaic, painting, stained glass. Participated in all-Ukrainian and international art exhibitions. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine. National Artist of Ukraine. Works are kept in museums of Ukraine and private collections in Ukraine and abroad. The artist died on the 3rd of January, 2004.
