This set of 4 hand painted French Faience - Veuve Perrin pottery bowls are just lovely. Each bowl has a different hand painted floral design - accented with a scalloped edge and a cranberry colored - red painted line.
The diameter is 9.25" with a height of 1.25". Each are hand signed on the back aspect - "VP Made in France".
Veuve Perrin used a series of successive firings called the petit feu technique of decorating - that renderec these beautiful and delicate - naturalistic polychrome designs.
