Sara Skolnik's 'Flight of Fancy' oil paint on canvas is a visual symphony of line and color. Her use of five true primary colors ( Francois d'Aguilon's yellow, red, blue, white and black) gives the canvas energy and motion of the abstracted forms and figures of possibly flowers, birds and maybe even a lamp shade. Circa 1960. Signed lower right, Sara Skolnik. This piece was purchased from a close personal friend of the artist, who exhibited in several shows throughout her career.

Good overall condition with no rips, tears, or restorations. No visible surface paint loss. The framing treatment consist of a simple flat wood profile molding.

Approximate overall dimensions with the frame are 1.75" deep x 41" wide x 31" high. The canvas measurements are approximately 40" wide x 30" high.
