Ellen Corby autographed 8 x 10” black-and-white photograph depicting the veteran character actress in a rural, period-style scene, posed with hands resting on her hips beside a wooden structure. The photograph is signed by Corby in blue ink at the upper right image area with the inscription, “Best always – Ellen Corby.”

The autograph has been fully authenticated and professionally encapsulated by PSA/DNA. Near fine condition.

Ellen Corby (1911–1999) was an acclaimed American actress best known for her portrayal of Grandma Esther Walton on the long-running television series The Waltons. A prolific character actress, Corby appeared in dozens of films during Hollywood’s Golden Age, including I Remember Mama (1948), which earned her an Academy Award nomination. Her career spanned more than five decades, and her warm yet commanding screen presence made her one of television’s most beloved matriarchal figures.
