Menachem Begin autographed typed letter (TLS) on official Prime Minister letterhead, dated Jerusalem, October 17, 1978. The 8.5 x 11” letter is addressed to an American correspondent and contains substantial historical content referencing the Camp David Accords, expressing gratitude for support and discussing efforts to translate the agreements into “tangible realities of full peace and security.”
The letter is signed in blue ink at the conclusion, directly beneath his typed name. The content is firmly tied to one of the most consequential diplomatic achievements in modern Middle Eastern history, written just weeks after the Camp David agreements were finalized.
