Jane Addams autographed personal card, measuring approximately 3.5 × 2.25 inches, boldly signed in black ink adding "Hull-House Chicago" below her signature. The card is accompanied by its original period mailing envelope, addressed in Addams’s hand to a Los Angeles recipient, retaining a vintage postage stamp and postmark.

Jane Addams (1860–1935) was one of the most influential social reformers in American history and a pioneering advocate for social justice, women’s rights, and peace. She was the founder of Hull House in Chicago, a settlement house that became a model for social work and urban reform in the United States. In 1931, Addams became the first American woman to receive the Nobel Peace Prize for her lifelong commitment to humanitarian causes, international peace, and democratic ideals.
