Joe Foss (1915–2003) was a U.S. Marine Corps fighter ace credited with 26 aerial victories during World War II, tying the American record at the time. He received the Medal of Honor for extraordinary heroism in the Pacific Theater and later served as Governor of South Dakota. Foss also became the first commissioner of the American Football League, helping shape modern professional football.
Keith Hartley was a Royal Air Force pilot closely associated with advanced flight testing and operational evaluation of modern jet aircraft. He participated in British Aerospace Tornado flight programs during the aircraft’s development and production phase. Hartley’s career reflects the RAF’s transition into late–Cold War multirole combat aviation.
Jim Stuttard served as a Royal Air Force navigator involved in Tornado flight operations and testing during the 1980s. As part of British Aerospace–supported flights, he contributed to navigation and systems evaluation on production and demonstration missions. His work represents the technical and operational expertise behind modern RAF strike aircraft programs.
