Franklin D. Roosevelt White House invitation card issued for admission through the Northwest Gate, dated January 29, 1944, at 4:30 o’clock. The card is made out to Pvt. Richard S. Tribble and clearly marked “NOT TRANSFERABLE.”

The card features the printed White House vignette in red with handwritten recipient name and date. This type of admission card was required for controlled access to the White House during the World War II era.
