
A collection of Kennedy Half Dollars featuring both KM-202 and KM-202a types. This group includes the Kennedy type of coin with obverse by Gilroy Roberts and Eagle reverse by Frank Gasparro. The silver content is present in the seven specimens dated 1966, 1967, and 1968, which are composed of 40% silver. The remaining specimens dated 1971, 1972, and 1979 are copper-nickel clad. Mint markings found include the D for the Denver Mint on the 1968 issues. The 40% silver alloy was utilized for circulation strikes between 1965 and 1970.
