
A collection of Jefferson nickel five-cent coins (KM-192 and KM-192a) housed in two blue Whitman Publishing Company folders (No. 9009). The lot includes various mint markings found including Philadelphia, Denver (D), and San Francisco (S). Silver content is present in the wartime issues dated 1942 to 1945. Key and semi-key dates that are shown include 1938-D, 1938-S, 1939-D, 1939-S, and one 1950-D specimen. A Buffalo nickel is substituted in one 1942-D slot.
