GUN BUYERS READ! Our Guns are graded based off NRA Condition and Standards. Buyers of Long Guns or Long Gun Ammunition must be 18 Years or older, Buyers of Handguns or Handgun Ammunition must be 21 years or older. - If you purchase a gun that needs to be transferred please be able to pass a background check, no refunds will be given if you fail to complete a background check and your gun will be consigned in our next firearm auction. Any gun 50 years or older is considered a C&R (Curio & Relic). We do accept C&R License. Percussion/Flintlock/Blackpowder/Tear Gas/Flare guns, and Antique guns do not need to be registered, and will be shipped directly to your doorstep unless state laws prohibit. There will be a $10 Transfer/handling fee applied to each gun (Applies to all Modern, C&R, Antique, and Blackpowder Guns) on your invoice. If you are out of state, and win a firearm that requires registration (Modern or C&R) please contact your local FFL Dealer and have them send a copy of their license to RJ@poinsettarmory.com within 24 hours of the auction ending. C&R license are accepted for qualifying guns. Please know your State Laws before bidding, if you are unable to acquire a weapon, there will be no refund || All Firearm shipping is done IN-HOUSE and shipped through either UPS or USPS with Signature.
