Description: Nicely penned English vellum indenture dated 1723 during the reign of George II being a Fine on property in Ashburton in the county of Devon. Fancy printed vignette, tax stamps, and seven red wax seals on vellum tags impressioned with two male heads. Several signatures including on verso. Very Good, one small hole, measures 17 x 12".
